Who I am....who is Olive Tree??
After spending many years as a HR Business Manager for a blue chip company in the retail sector I had the opportunity to coach, mentor and lead individuals and teams to be the best that they could be.
I soon realised that my passion and skills lay in human behaviour on both a personal one to one basis and a company level. This motivated me to train with the association of stress consultants to qualify as a psychotherapist and currently working on life coaching.
This realisation planted the seed for Olive Tree.
I believe we all need time to understand ourselves and appreciate our own unique qualities.
